Accommodation Information
- Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in is at 14:30, and check-out is the following morning at 11:00. Please note that these times may vary depending on your accommodation package, so be sure to check the details for each plan.
- Check in by 4:00 PM is recommended for guests who have reserved the custom kaiseki plan, as the order deadline for custom kaiseki course is 5:00 PM.

Access Information
- Shuttle Service from the Nearest Station
- We offer shuttle services from Arima Onsen Station, Arima Onsen Bus Stop, and Ropeway Arima Station. Since there are steep inclines on the way to our hotel, we recommend avoiding walking to the hotel. Please feel free to call for the shuttle service once you arrive at the station.
- Parking
- We provide complimentary parking for our guests.
Room Information
- Non-Smoking Rooms
- If you prefer a non-smoking room, please select this option when making your reservation.
- Rooms with Open-Air Baths
- We currently offer 19 rooms featuring open-air baths. By March 2024, the number of rooms with Open-Air Baths will increase to 25.
- Free Wi-Fi Access
- Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms and throughout the hotel. Please use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to connect.Please note that you will need to configure the connection settings yourself.
- Amenities
- We provide yukatas, half-coats, bath towels, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, hair tonic, a tea set, kettle, and a hairdryer in your room.
Bathing Facilities
- Private Baths
- We have five private baths available. Please make a reservation when you arrive.
- Tattoos
- Guests with tattoos are not allowed to use the main communal baths. We recommend booking a private bath if you wish to bathe.
Dining Information
- Dinner Start Time for Plans with Dinner
- Dinner is served from 17:30 to 20:00. Please note that dinner cannot be provided after 20:00.
- Breakfast Options
- Breakfast primarily consists of a buffet with over 100 items. 7:00-9:30 (last entry)
- Changes to Meal Preferences
- We will do our best to accommodate your meal preferences. Please inform us of your requests when making a reservation or at least three days before your visit.
